Most headstand benches share four visible systems: a raised frame, a U-shaped padded surface, an open center and floor-contact feet. The details are not standardized.

A folding or demountable frame introduces hinges, locking points or repeated fastener cycles. Verify whether the model is designed for frequent disassembly; “portable” marketing does not prove that every connection tolerates repeated assembly indefinitely.
Crossbars and handles

Yoga-Mad publishes 61 cm width by 39 cm length by 39 cm height. Yogikuti lists 65 × 42 × 37 cm, while MeFree is larger at 69.5 × 44.5 × 35.5 cm. SISYAMA highlights a 28 × 19.5-inch base, approximately 71 × 49.5 cm, but its page does not clearly label a complete height in the specification quoted.
A larger footprint can widen the support polygon, but it also requires more clear floor area. Stability cannot be inferred from footprint alone: center of mass, frame stiffness, foot material and force direction also matter.
Measure the storage route as well as the final position. Doorways, stairs and closet depth can make a rigid 70 cm frame inconvenient. If a bench must be disassembled for storage, include hardware inspection and torque checking in the maintenance burden.
Product height
Published heights span roughly 35.5–40 cm in the examples with labeled dimensions. A difference of several centimeters changes the geometry and cannot be dismissed as styling. Never add blocks, cushions or improvised feet to alter height. That changes both load path and floor contact.
Usable opening
