Neither is automatically the “best” mat for dynamic yoga. Both are marketed broadly, but their thickness and soft foam construction point most clearly toward stretching, slower floor work and general training. For standing balance or fast vinyasa, compare a thinner, denser platform before buying.

Do not read “rubber” as “natural rubber.” NBR is synthetic. Conversely, do not assume every NBR-labelled mat has a verified latex-free finished formulation: only Rogue makes that claim for the exact option here. Thickness is not density
